Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving all aspects and processes of the warehouse department. The role includes leading, motivating and coaching the team to ensure efficient operations and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects and processes of the department are established, maintained and continuously improved.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team, follow up development programs for high‑performance members and conduct performance reviews.
• Conduct daily follow‑up to monitor cycle count, material stocks, shipments, material availability and anticipate shortages.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department to facilitate inspection of incoming material.
• Formalize credit notes and analyze reasons for returns.
• Hold follow‑up meetings with the warehouse team and superiors.
• Handle and control physical material transactions and ensure stock is updated in the JDE system.
• Perform monthly physical inventory for a product portfolio and submit reports to the Logistics Manager.
• Report scrapped material and waste selling reports to the Logistics Manager.
• Perform quarterly physical inventory of all materials and submit reports to the Logistics Manager.

Required profile

• BS Degree.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar and related field.
