Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily activities across our cab, limo, winch, and butler services. You will act as the central hub for service delivery, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch services using the company’s dispatching system.
• Assign tasks based on driver availability, location, and service requirements.
• Monitor progress of each service request and ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support and guidance.
• Handle client bookings, inquiries, and follow‑up communication.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational improvements and resolve issues.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend process enhancements.
• Assist internal teams with system and process integration.
• Identify, assess, and manage operational risks.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, dispatch, or transportation services, preferably in limousine or luxury transport.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using dispatch tools or platforms.
