About the role
The Regional Brand Operations Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple retail locations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees SOP implementation, visual merchandising, and staff development to maximize sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Set and monitor store sales targets, focusing on metrics such as units per transaction, average ticket value, and sales per square foot.
- Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to improve productivity and resource utilization.
- Enforce company SOPs, policies, loss‑prevention guidelines, and visual merchandising standards across all stores.
- Recruit, train, and coach staff on sales techniques, customer service, and brand etiquette.
- Conduct performance appraisals, define KPIs/KRAs, and develop succession plans.
- Lead regional sales and operations meetings, providing feedback to managers and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage slow‑moving stock, and collaborate with buyers/planners to optimize stock turnover.
- Support brand participation in loyalty programs and coordinate with senior management on business planning.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in multi‑store retail environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and operational metrics.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to motivate teams.
- Ability to make decisive operational decisions and drive continuous improvement.
