Assistant Manager – Deal Advisory (Corporate Finance & Valuation)

About the role

KPMG Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Deal Advisory practice, focusing on corporate finance and valuation. You will work with senior teams to provide independent board advice, fairness opinions, and valuation services for a range of clients across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver valuation and advisory mandates.
• Prepare fairness opinions, independent board advice, and capital‑raising recommendations for public and private companies.
• Assist in determining fair market value of equity, assets, and complex financial instruments.
• Support senior managers in client engagements, business development, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory valuation standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Relevant experience in corporate finance, valuation, or transaction advisory.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
