About the role
stc Kuwait is looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist to support all commercial units. You will create reports, perform analysis, develop dashboards and automate reporting processes to deliver timely information to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Understand stakeholder needs and independently produce ad‑hoc reports.
- Follow BI manager plans and timelines to ensure on‑time delivery of all items.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle BI tools.
- Automate reports with Oracle BI and consolidate requests into unified dashboards.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance BI tools and generate new analyses.
- Identify new products, services and performance areas for inclusion in reports.
- Document all reports and analyses and adhere to BI department SLA.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in Business Intelligence.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- PowerPoint.
- Oracle BI tool.
- Oracle Visualizer.
