Compliance & Quality Manager

About the role

The Compliance & Quality Manager supports the Deputy Director of Safety, Standards, Quality and Environment in delivering contracted services in Kuwait. The role ensures that the unit meets its Quality and Environmental Compliance objectives within the Integrated Management System (IMS) and maintains ISO certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Quality and Environmental management processes across the operation.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) using ISO 9001 framework.
• Prepare for and manage ISO 9001, ISO 10002 and ISO 14001 certification audits.
• Assess and validate procedures to uphold high quality standards within the IMS.
• Monitor QMS performance, generate reports for external bodies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead a competent, engaged workforce aligned with delivery outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage supplier compliance audits.
• Participate in compliance meetings, respond to change requests, and evaluate legislative impacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing quality and environmental management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 10002 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply national and international legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting compliance reports.
