Early Careers Field Operations Engineer – Kuwait

About the role

Join the frontier of energy innovation with SLB PR in Kuwait. As an early‑career Field Engineer you will gain hands‑on experience on‑site, supporting well development, data acquisition and operational decision‑making. You will work alongside specialists and senior engineers, receiving intensive training in safety, troubleshooting and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field operations, operate equipment and be accountable for wellsite performance after training.
• Manage engineering design, maintenance, job planning and operational reporting for field projects.
• Support engineers and specialists with risk analysis, well‑construction processes and sensor monitoring.
• Prepare wellsite reports, post‑job debriefings and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or relevant experience in a technical discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quick learner with logical problem‑solving ability.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
