Electronics & Telecommunications Technician (ELV, AV, Fire & Safety)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Electronics and Telecommunications Technicians to work on ELV, AV, fire safety and structured cabling projects in Kuwait. The role involves installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning of a wide range of systems on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test and troubleshoot copper and fiber optic cabling, including structured cabling, patch panels, racks and network points.
• Configure, test and maintain telephony, intercom, PABX, public address, SMATV, IPTV, DVD/media and projector systems.
• Install, test, commission and maintain fire alarm and fire fighting systems, reading fire alarm schematics and performing preventive maintenance.
• Deploy CCTV, access control, road blockers, gate barriers and related ELV security systems, interpreting wiring diagrams and performing system integration.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI/technical qualification in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with the technical specialisations listed above.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and system layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; capable of working independently or within a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site; valid driving licence and relevant certifications are an advantage.
