About the role

The IT Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for internal users and external clients, handling a wide range of IT service requests and technical issues. This role involves maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding IT service requests, technical issues, and system support.
• Provide technical support and assistance to employees for IT‑related issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
• Manage and maintain computer systems, printers, servers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system security and data protection.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory IT requirements.
