IT & Branch Systems Support Officer (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an IT & Branch Systems Support Officer to maintain and troubleshoot the technology infrastructure across multiple restaurant locations in Kuwait. The role involves both remote support and on‑site visits to ensure continuous operation of network and point‑of‑sale systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Ubiquiti UniFi network equipment, including Dream Machine, access points, switches, and cameras.
• Configure and monitor UniFi OS / Controller for optimal performance.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PoE, printers, CCTV, IP phones, and other networking components.
• Maintain POS systems, aggregator devices, Epson/KOT printers, Zebra label printers, barcode scanners, and other restaurant IT peripherals.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and travel to branches when required.
• Be on‑call 24/7 for operations‑critical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PoE).
• Familiarity with restaurant‑specific hardware such as POS terminals and label printers.
• Ability to work independently, persistently follow up on issues, and handle after‑hours calls.
