Junior Sales Executive

About the role

The Junior Sales Executive will support the sales team by generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting, including market research, cold calling, emailing, scheduling meetings, field visits and maintaining a prospect database.
• Support sales operations by understanding client needs, preparing quotations and proposals, following up to negotiate terms and close deals.
• Process orders: receive purchase orders, verify details against quotations, enter them into the CRM/ERP system and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, address inquiries, resolve complaints and nurture long‑term partnerships.
• Assist finance by monitoring outstanding payments and supporting collection efforts.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems for order entry and client management.
