Key Account Manager – Kuwait

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio across Kuwait by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring product access aligns with corporate strategy. This role focuses on territory growth, stakeholder engagement, and successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory activities, including coverage, frequency, and doctor group meetings, with regular reporting.
• Map accounts to identify stakeholders who can address unmet medical needs.
• Engage customers using product knowledge, disease‑area expertise, and allocated resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches and patient access.
• Follow the appropriate call flow for each customer segment.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly and represent the company professionally.
• Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and local laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• At least two years of proven commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Valid residency visa and driving license in Kuwait.
• Strong English written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to timelines, integrity, and teamwork.
