Lead Auditor – Integrated Management Systems (Kuwait)

About the role

TÜV SÜD is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor to plan, lead and conduct Integrated Management System (IMS) audits for clients in Kuwait. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO standards, local regulations and client requirements while maintaining the highest level of audit integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute external management system audits covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and related standards.
• Lead audit teams, ensure audit plans and reports are delivered on time, and communicate findings, strengths and improvement opportunities.
• Provide Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor training for applicable standards.
• Mentor and monitor trainee auditors, supporting their qualification process.
• Maintain accurate audit records, manage project documentation and support lead generation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial or related).
• Lead Auditor training completed for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
• 4‑5 years of IMS audit experience and 6‑8 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Currently based in Kuwait with knowledge of local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Valid driving licence.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards.
• Experience conducting Integrated Management System (IMS) audits.
• Excellent audit reporting and documentation skills.
