Lead Contracts Administrator – Manager, Contracts

About the role

Worley is seeking a Lead Contracts Administrator to manage and advise on all contract activities for oil and gas facilities projects. The role covers the full contract lifecycle, from pre‑award preparation through post‑award administration and close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bid invitations, process bidder queries, evaluate bids and support negotiations.
• Draft and issue Invitation to Tender packages for large O&G projects.
• Coordinate kick‑off meetings, manage contract submittals, variation orders, claims and project close‑out.
• Review and comment on client contract conditions, working with legal, risk, tax and accounting teams.
• Participate in negotiating teams to establish contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor contract compliance, track financial and risk features, and keep the Projects Contracts Manager informed.
• Produce and maintain documentation for change orders and client approvals.
• Prepare acceptance documents and ensure client sign‑off.
• Provide business and financial information to clients as delegated by the Project Manager.
• Identify contractual issues, drive resolutions and manage contract quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce or Law from an accredited university.
• IACCM Contract and Commercial Management Advanced Practitioner certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of post‑graduate experience, including at least 5 years in senior contract administration roles.
