M&E Sales Coordinator – Events & Meetings

About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Park inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments in Kuwait as an M&E Sales Coordinator. You will be the bridge between clients and our hotel’s meeting spaces, turning event concepts into memorable experiences while driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships, understand their meeting requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Promote the hotel’s meeting and event spaces, achieving revenue targets through effective sales.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including room layout, catering, and audio‑visual needs.
• Prepare, negotiate and manage event contracts, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
• Maintain clear, prompt communication with clients, handling special requests or changes.
• Provide administrative support such as reporting, inquiry handling and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal hotel departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to continuously improve event services.
