Oracle Financial Consultant – Full-Time in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consultant to join our finance team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role involves implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Financials modules within an Oracle ERP environment, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing).
• Analyze business requirements and design Oracle ERP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Financial issues.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support month‑end and year‑end financial closing activities.
• Perform system testing, data validation and user acceptance testing.
• Provide user training and create documentation.
• Support Oracle upgrades, patches, integrations and enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Oracle Financial Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial modules and accounting processes.
• Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) R12 is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Prior experience in Kuwait or GCC environments is an advantage.
