About the role

A brand‑new Japanese restaurant is opening in Kuwait and is assembling an elite kitchen and F&B team from abroad. The hiring drive targets experienced chefs and stewarding staff who are fluent in English and ready to relocate.

Key responsibilities

Prepare sushi and Japanese dishes according to menu specifications.
Operate hot‑kitchen stations, cooking a variety of cooked items.
Produce pastries and desserts for the restaurant.
Assist in hot and cold kitchen prep as a commis.
Support the head steward and maintain cleanliness in the stewarding area.

Required profile

International candidates only (no local hiring).
Fluent in English.
Willingness to relocate to Kuwait and undergo visa processing.
Preferred nationalities: Indonesia, Philippines (other nationalities accepted).

Required skills

Sushi preparation
Hot‑kitchen cooking techniques
Pastry and dessert preparation
Food safety and hygiene practices
English language proficiency
