Personal Trainer – Fitness Coach

About the role

Join Spark Athletic Center in Kuwait as a Personal Trainer and help shape the future of fitness. You will work in a high‑performance environment that values evidence‑based training, continuous learning, and member‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized fitness programs aligned with each member’s goals.
• Conduct body composition assessments and performance testing using Spark LAB equipment.
• Lead at least two group classes daily, providing clear instruction and motivation.
• Provide immediate assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Give facility tours to prospective clients when required.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions.
• Maintain professional standards, service excellence, and member care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sport science (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in the fitness or sports industry.
• Positive attitude, politeness, and well‑mannered demeanor.
• Fit physique compatible with personal trainer aesthetic.
• Commitment to lifelong education and professional development.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Good command of English.
