About the role
The Physical Therapist Floater provides independent, accountable care for a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. Working a day shift from 8 am to 5 pm, the role supports the department’s growth and enhances patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients of varying ages and conditions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams to coordinate care.
- Ensure compliance with Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy regulations.
- Participate in professional development and department improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Active Arkansas State Board license for Physical Therapy.
- Minimum one year of professional experience or successful completion of all Staff Therapist II competencies.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to departmental standards.
