Planning Engineer (Electrical) – Immediate Start in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer specialized in electrical engineering to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for EPC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and control project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and generate regular status reports.
• Coordinate resource planning and allocation across electrical EPC activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Ensure compliance with KOC project requirements and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience on KOC projects is mandatory.
• Immediate availability and preference for local candidates residing in Kuwait.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project planning and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of EPC project execution, progress monitoring, and resource planning.
