Postpaid Segment Specialist

About the role

The Postpaid Segment Specialist will drive acquisition, stimulation, promotions and new product initiatives for post‑paid customers. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to grow subscriber numbers and revenue while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the post‑paid segment strategy, roadmap and budget.
• Contribute to product, pricing and promotion planning, including business cases, market testing and financial viability assessments.
• Lead initiatives to acquire, grow and retain post‑paid customers, optimizing lifecycle management and service diversification.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders to define business rules, credit policies and go‑to‑market plans.
• Prepare and deliver marketing communications, training materials and internal enablement for new post‑paid offerings.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitor activity, generate performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in telecom, marketing or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
