Product Owner – Agile & ERP Focus

About the role

Masaj Co. is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of its ERP‑related solutions. This remote position will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product vision aligns with company strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Prioritize user stories and requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan and execute sprints.
• Write concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct regular backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
• Monitor progress, ensure timely delivery, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product management role.
• Technical background in Computer Science.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional remote teams.
