About the role

Anton is seeking a Consultant – Reservoir Engineer to join its On‑sync Energy Management Services team in Kuwait. The role focuses on developing and optimizing field development and recovery strategies for oil and gas assets, ensuring sustained production and maximized recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop life‑of‑field development and recovery strategies, including long‑term depletion and production/injection planning.
• Design and optimize secondary recovery programs such as waterflooding, pressure maintenance, voidage replacement, and injection strategies.
• Evaluate and mature Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) opportunities, including WAG, gas/CO₂ injection, chemical EOR, and thermal recovery.
• Define reservoir surveillance and data‑acquisition requirements covering pressure, production, injection, and other performance parameters.
• Analyze and integrate surveillance data to monitor reservoir performance, reduce uncertainty, and support management decisions.
• Assess remaining reservoir potential and recovery factors, identifying additional development opportunities.
• Conduct reserves and resources assessment by integrating performance data, development plans, and production forecasts.
• Provide technical input for robust reserves estimation, classification, and field‑development decisions.
