Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team. The role is critical for maintaining robust accounting processes, ensuring compliance and supporting financial analysis across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing accounting systems, assess risks and design internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Independently manage accounting, compliance and audit activities for smaller legal entities.
• Provide financial information and analysis to support the Finance function.
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate with the Legal team and relevant ministries to ensure local law compliance.
• Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
