Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead major construction and development projects in Kuwait. Acting as the Project Owner's Representative, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning and mobilisation to commissioning and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the project owner throughout all phases of execution.
• Lead construction projects from planning through commissioning and final hand‑over.
• Manage schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and project risks.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Review contractor progress, payment applications, variations and change requests.
• Drive project performance and resolve technical and commercial challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from a recognised university.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years leading medium to large projects.
• Proven experience delivering industrial, commercial, logistics, warehouse or manufacturing developments.
• Strong ability to manage contractors, consultants, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable Article 18 visa and a valid Kuwaiti driving licence.
