Site Manager – Oil & Gas Facility Operations

About the role

Anton.Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily production and operations at its Kuwait facility. The role ensures safe, stable, and efficient performance of the plant while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site production and operations to meet safety and efficiency targets.
• Coordinate Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Materials, and Planning activities.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including shutdown/turnaround execution.
• Monitor production performance, equipment condition, and work progress.
• Lead daily/weekly planning for operations and maintenance, tracking critical activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, JSA/JHA, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate response to equipment failures, production interruptions, incidents, and emergencies.
• Provide regular progress updates and operational reports to project management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of oil & gas facilities operations experience, including 10+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas processing operations (gas treatment, compression, reinjection, condensate recovery, water treatment).
• Good knowledge of H₂S management, hazardous exposure limits, and emergency response.
• Familiarity with DCS/SCADA control systems.
• Fluent English with strong team leadership and cross‑functional coordination skills.
