Supply Technician I – Logistics & Inventory Management

About the role

The Supply Technician I provides centralized retail supply and maintenance support for global operations. Working in depot or local supply environments, you will manage inventory, storage, and property utilization while ensuring compliance with established supply policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inventory management procedures, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.
• Create and process material release orders and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Reconcile customer documentation with PSRA and SSA, addressing financial discrepancies.
• Maintain automated and manual accounting records, correcting errors and exceptions.
• Operate a Cannibalization Point in accordance with AR 710-2 and reconcile repairable exchange items.
• Validate property book inventories and assist DSSTs with load and shop stock lists.
• Compare packing lists, bills of lading, and inspection reports with purchase orders to verify accuracy.
• Unload, unpack, inspect, count, segregate, and store incoming supplies.

Required profile

• Knowledge of supply operations, program requirements, and host‑nation work eligibility.
• Ability to apply supply policies, regulations, and day‑to‑day servicing techniques.
• Experience with inventory control, bar‑coding, and material release processes.
