Tech & AI Curriculum Designer – Subject Matter Expert (Hourly)

About the role

CODED is looking for a hands‑on subject‑matter expert to design cutting‑edge tech and AI curricula. You will experiment with the latest tools, translate findings into concrete programme outlines, and ensure every educational offering is backed by real‑world experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and stress real projects in your domain to determine learnable content, sequence and duration.
• Create initial programme and course outlines with measurable learning outcomes, prerequisites, tooling and realistic difficulty.
• Provide validated outlines to the Professional Segment team and technical substance to the Business Development team for enterprise proposals.
• Continuously update outlines as technology evolves, ensuring relevance and accuracy.

Required profile

• Deep, current hands‑on expertise in at least one area: AI, full‑stack development, data science or cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to build projects, maintain repositories or publish technical work.
• Strong written English with clear technical writing skills.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, technical writing or similar is a strong advantage.
