Territory Manager – Sales (Kuwait)

About the role

The Territory Manager will lead sales activities within an assigned Kuwaiti territory, driving growth and protecting DHL’s market leadership. You will build strong customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects and existing customers, ensuring their needs are identified and met.
• Apply pricing guidelines, monitor profitability, and renegotiate contracts when volume discrepancies arise.
• Identify and secure business from competitors and new prospects, building a robust pipeline.
• Create and execute a personal sales plan and call cycle to achieve volume and profit targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information in sales systems for internal access.
• Monitor customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Represent DHL’s brand and values in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics or transportation.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze pricing and profitability data.
• Excellent communication with decision‑makers and influencers.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.
