About the role

NBK Tech Academy offers a six‑month intensive training program designed to prepare fresh graduates for careers in the digital banking sector. Participants will rotate through key bank departments, gaining hands‑on experience in digital transformation, data analytics, and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured modules covering AI fundamentals, data analysis, agile teamwork, and digital payments.
• Participate in practical projects within the Digital Office, RPA, IT, and Data Office units.
• Develop and present data visualisations and automation scripts to support business performance management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement digital partnerships and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Kuwaiti nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, Data Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, or up to four years of work experience.
