Account Director

About the role

Brand Aid is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead key client accounts and deliver integrated retail and shopper marketing solutions across the region. You will act as the trusted business partner for clients, translating their objectives into successful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Develop deep understanding of client brands, business goals, shopper needs, and retail environments.
• Lead projects from brief to execution, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across POSM, in‑store activations, displays, events, and retail execution.
• Collaborate with creative, production, procurement, operations, and finance teams for smooth delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and generate new business.
• Monitor project profitability, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Mentor Account Executives and junior team members.
• Proactively resolve challenges before they impact clients or projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management experience, preferably in retail marketing, shopper marketing, advertising, POSM, or events.
• Strong client‑facing and communication abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Commercially minded with negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Understanding of retail and FMCG environments is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with presentation tools.
