Account Technology Strategist

About the role

As an Account Technology Strategist you will partner with enterprise customers to shape and execute technology roadmaps that leverage Microsoft’s cloud, AI, security and modern workplace solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical leaders, helping them translate strategic objectives into tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with customer executives, business owners and technology stakeholders.
• Define and drive account‑wide technology strategies that align Microsoft cloud, AI, security, data and productivity services with customer goals.
• Collaborate with sales, partner, technical and customer‑success teams to deliver integrated solutions and accelerate adoption.
• Influence technology decisions by articulating the business value of Microsoft platforms and identifying innovation opportunities.
• Guide customers on industry trends, best practices and long‑term value realization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology strategy, solution architecture, technical sales or consulting roles.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to develop technology roadmaps and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
