Accountant – Financial Records & Inventory Management

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to oversee our financial records, stock transactions and daily accounting activities. The role involves maintaining accurate books, preparing regular financial statements and ensuring smooth cash‑flow management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and perform bookkeeping tasks.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses and payments.
- Manage inventory/stock records and reconcile stock movements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements and other financial analyses.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing supplier invoices and customer payments.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions and reconcile bank statements.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
- Relevant qualification in accounting (e.g., Accountant certification).
