About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our real‑estate team in Hawally, Kuwait. The role focuses on managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate payable and receivable records, and delivering timely monthly financial reports.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and audit preparation.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of accounting experience, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability to start.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
