Accountant – Treasury & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our Treasury & Accounting team. The role focuses on accurate posting of bank collections, supplier invoice management, asset accounting and monthly financial close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Post bank collections and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Record asset acquisitions, disposals and calculate monthly depreciation.
• Reconcile revenue and insurance accounts against system records.
• Maintain controlled payroll postings and cost allocations.
• Prepare accrual and prepaid schedules, review petty‑cash reimbursements and support the monthly close.
• Handle additional accounting tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet close deadlines.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (preferred).
