Accountant with Logistics Experience – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking an accountant who has hands‑on experience in the logistics or freight forwarding sector. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial operations while supporting the logistics team with accurate cost and invoicing information.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, including journal entries and ledger updates.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and management on logistics‑related accounting matters.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation, job costing, and invoicing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of logistics documentation and job costing.
• Experience with customer and supplier invoicing.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable/payable.
