About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support the fast‑growing tMart grocery store, the region’s first cloud‑store concept offering 30‑minute delivery. You will work closely with the operations and supplier teams to keep product information, pricing and agreements up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily content updates on the Talabat app, including product listings, price changes, promotions and image uploads.
- Update barcodes, cost prices and product descriptions according to operational requests.
- Manage the master file for all suppliers, ensuring accurate specifications, images and pricing in a shared Google Sheet.
- Generate and analyse performance reports for products and suppliers.
- Update supplier agreements, oversee the contractual process and keep all documentation organised and accessible.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in data recording or administrative roles.
- Highly detail‑oriented, structured and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives and managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Proactive attitude, eager to learn and solve problems.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
