Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑office and back‑office activities, including scheduling, patient registration, and record keeping.
• Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with medical professionals to align administrative workflows with clinical needs.
• Maintain compliance with local health regulations and clinic policies.
• Handle procurement, inventory control, and vendor relations for clinic supplies.

Required profile

• Female candidate with fluent Arabic speaking skills (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing medical or cosmetic clinic operations.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
