Admissions & Registration Associate

About the role

The Canadian College of Kuwait is seeking an Admissions & Registration Associate to support student lifecycle processes on its Al‑Naseem campus. This full‑time position ensures accurate student records, attendance compliance, and smooth registration operations while providing excellent service to learners and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain student files and database records, guaranteeing confidentiality and accuracy.
• Process student absence excuses and maintain attendance records in the Student Information System.
• Prepare "to whom it may concern" letters and print official transcripts.
• Audit social allowance applications and manage document scanning.
• Support the registration department with procedural tasks and academic requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or enrollment‑management role.
• Bilingual ability (English required; Arabic a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks on‑site while maintaining confidentiality.
