Airlines & Tourism Sales Representative

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait, focused on developing new B2B sales opportunities with travel agencies. The representative manages the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and supports marketing initiatives while building strong agency relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue new B2B sales leads with travel agencies and manage them through to closing
• Maintain strong agency relationships and provide product demonstrations
• Deliver ongoing training to help clients maximise the value of the platform
• Support marketing initiatives by taking part in campaigns, events and promotions
• Gather market feedback to shape sales strategies
• Prepare sales reports, collaborate with internal teams and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Required profile

• Bilingual, fluent in Arabic and English
• Located in Kuwait
• Experience in aviation, tourism or both is a must
• Proven B2B sales and marketing experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals
• Ability to train client teams, including product walkthroughs and support for platform adoption
• Interest in travel, technology or SaaS, with an understanding of GCC markets
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Capacity to work independently on site, handle multiple accounts and meet sales and marketing targets
