Area Manager

About the role

The Area Manager will oversee multiple store locations across Kuwait, ensuring daily operations meet company standards, targets, and policies. This full‑time, on‑site position requires close collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide store teams, monitoring performance metrics and optimizing workflows.
• Address operational issues promptly and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare regular reports, support budget and resource planning, and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement best practices and sustain growth in the area.

Required profile

• Proven experience in area or regional management, multi‑site supervision, or similar leadership roles.
• Strong team leadership, performance management, and staff development abilities.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, basic financial controls, and resource allocation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; experience in the Kuwait market is an advantage.

• Comfort using standard office software and digital tools for reporting and analysis.
