About the role

The Area Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate sales activities across multiple locations in Kuwait, ensuring operational efficiency, high productivity, and alignment with company objectives. This role involves coaching staff, managing schedules, and driving performance improvements to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support staff to achieve performance standards.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct reviews, and identify development needs.
• Plan workforce schedules and assist with staffing decisions.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations, ensuring timely task completion.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and achieve business goals.
• Manage inventory levels, control costs, and ensure adequate stock.
• Analyze budgets, financial statements, and sales data to recommend adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of frontline supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and solve problems quickly.
