About the role
Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team as an Assistant Bar Manager and help create memorable experiences for every guest. You will support the overall beverage operations across the hotel’s outlets, ensuring high‑quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an upbeat, friendly attitude in all guest interactions and look for ways to enhance their stay.
- Manage beverage operations for designated banquets and outlets, maintaining quality, service standards, and profitability.
- Implement marketing, up‑selling, and promotional initiatives to drive beverage sales.
- Support guest‑satisfaction strategies by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvements.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members while recruiting new talent as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and creating warm guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
