About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth delivery activities within our logistics branch in Kuwait.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and delivery performance.
- Supervise drivers, delivery teams, and field staff, managing attendance, schedules, and performance.
- Monitor fleet availability, handle operational issues promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and coordinate with HR, Operations, Fleet, and Accounts.
Required profile
- 6-8 years of experience in delivery, logistics, fleet or branch operations.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations or related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Good computer and MS Office skills.
