About the role

KPMG Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Corporate Finance and Valuation practice. The role involves providing independent board advice, fairness opinions, and valuation services to public and private companies across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage teams in delivering valuation mandates and fairness opinions.
Advise senior management and boards on capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.
Assist in determining fair market value of equity shares, assets, and complex financial instruments.
Support the preparation of accounting, tax, and regulatory valuation reports.

Required profile

Relevant experience in corporate finance, valuation, or related advisory services.
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
