Assistant Outlet Manager – Lebanese Restaurant

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the operation of Li Beirut, an authentic Lebanese cuisine restaurant, and its private bar at Four Seasons Kuwait. This role involves leading staff, ensuring high service standards, and contributing to a luxury guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, and schedule staff while motivating, coaching, and disciplining to meet cultural and core standards.
• Manage restaurant dining and private bar operations, controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control.
• Maintain visibility on the floor, recognize staff, handle guest complaints, and attend regular operational meetings for departmental coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a five‑star luxury hotel or high‑end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
