About the role

We are looking for an Associate in the TSSO team to support IT Operations and Monitoring. In this role you will help ensure the stability and performance of our servers, applications, and network components while following ITIL best practices.

Key responsibilities

Proactively monitor servers, applications, and network components to maintain optimal performance.
Identify, log, and escalate incidents according to ITIL processes.
Provide first‑level troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate logs, generate performance reports, and document operational procedures.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure service continuity and meet SLA commitments.

Required profile

1–3 years of experience in IT operations, monitoring, or support.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and basic ITIL incident‑management concepts.
