About the role
We are seeking two AutoCAD Operators to join our team in Mahbula, Kuwait. The role focuses on producing telecom drawings and as‑built documentation using AutoCAD. Candidates will work on‑site, supporting engineering projects with accurate and timely design deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Create and update telecom network drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare as‑built documentation for completed projects.
- Ensure drawing standards and quality are maintained.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to gather requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom drawing production.
- Proficient working knowledge of English.

- AutoCAD
- Google Earth
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
What we offer
- Salary: KD 175 + accommodation or KD 200 all‑inclusive.
- Mess facility on a contribution basis.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in a growing telecom environment.
