B2B Fulfilment Manager

About the role

An established organization is seeking an experienced B2B & Retail Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end order fulfillment, warehouse coordination and logistics operations. The successful candidate ensures B2B orders are processed, fulfilled and delivered accurately, efficiently and within agreed service levels. The role suits a results-driven operations professional with strong experience in high-volume fulfillment, inventory coordination and operational planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B order fulfillment, from order receipt through picking, packing, dispatch and final delivery.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Warehouse, Inventory and Logistics teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee inventory allocation, stock availability and fulfillment requirements for bulk and high-priority orders.
• Manage relationships with internal and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery performance, resolve operational issues and manage customer escalations.
• Develop fulfillment capacity plans based on sales forecasts, order volumes and business requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost productivity, accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Monitor operational KPIs, transportation costs and resource utilization.
• Support workforce planning, shift requirements and contingency planning during peak periods.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain or operations management.
• Experience managing B2B fulfillment or high-volume order operations strongly preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, distribution or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation and order fulfillment.
• Proven experience monitoring operational KPIs and managing SLAs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination, communication and organizational abilities, and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, multichannel environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Odoo.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
