B2C Sales Executive – Telesales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results‑oriented B2C Sales Executive to join Sparts’ growing sales team. The role focuses on outbound telephone contact with existing customers, app users and prospects to promote and sell subscriptions, special offers, discount packages and promotional vouchers available through the Sparts app.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to existing customers, leads and potential customers to promote and sell subscriptions, offers, vouchers and discount packages.
• Explain the benefits of the Sparts Pro subscription, including roadside assistance, discounts and coupons.
• Promote seasonal promotions, service discounts, app coupons and special packages.
• Educate customers on how the Sparts app works and how they can benefit from its services.
• Follow up with interested customers via calls, WhatsApp or approved channels to increase conversion.
• Build trust through friendly, professional communication without pressure.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Record interactions, outcomes and follow‑up notes in the company CRM system.
• Provide customer feedback to sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities based on customer needs.

• Enjoys speaking with customers and can build trust over the phone.
• Able to turn leads into sales and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and other approved communication channels for follow‑up.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate record‑keeping in a CRM.
